How to prepare for a cleaning

If you have dogs, I ask that you please put them away in a separate location (another room, cage, etc.) upon arrival. I have the right to refuse service if dogs are not put away.
Please make sure all items are picked up off the floor (clothes, toys, etc.) and surfaces are tidy. If surfaces are 75% cluttered, they will not be cleaned. Tidy areas allow for more cleaning!
Although I do not mind having to do a few dishes, if there is a sink full of dishes, there will be an additional charge added.
Accidents do happen, but please make sure any pet messes are cleaned up. If there are any messes, they will be noted and cleaned around.
If you would like to add extra services to your clean, please notify me 24 hours prior to your clean in order to ensure we have the supplies and time.

If you’ve just booked your first regular cleaning, it could take anywhere from 3-6 hours the first time. A deep clean can take anywhere from 4-8 hours. A move out clean can take anywhere from 6-8 hours.

Terms and Conditions

The client must provide 24-hour notice to cancel service. You may reschedule, skip or cancel any of your cleanings. Noelle Cleans does ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. Without a 24-hour notice, you will be liable for a $70.00 cancellation fee.
If a recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) is booked, an additional $50.00 will be charged for the first cleaning.
Due to Noelle Cleans flexible and ever-changing schedule, it is difficult to commit to exact arrival times. Noelle Cleans services homes Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Even if you normally have an afternoon cleaning, there may be times that Noelle Cleans need to clean your home in the morning instead. Noelle Cleans will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Payment is expected in full within 24 hours of the cleaning. If payment is not received within 24 hours, a $30.00 late fee will be charged.
Be advised that Noelle Cleans has the right to charge for extra time caused by distractions that affect my ability to work. Distractions include pets, third parties, or contractors interfering with Noelle Cleans cleaning duties.
If for any reason Noelle Cleans feels their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the customer, or by others at the job site, the customer will remain liable for full cost of the job.
Noelle Cleans assumes no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before the cleaning. (e.g. heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, dings in furniture that were there before I cleaned.) Further, Noelle Cleans will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by negligence of the customer.
Although Noelle Cleans is a professional, they are not a miracle worker. Sometimes Noelle Cleans is called in too late to correct damage that is already done, or items may take a couple of cleanings to look their best. Noelle Cleans will work with you in the most cost-effective way to try to remedy these spots in your home.
The client agrees to notify Noelle Cleans if any person in the household is suspected of contracting an infectious disease. This notification must be as early as possible, but at least 24 hours before scheduled cleaning. Noelle Cleans reserves the right to cancel cleans under such circumstances.
Noelle Cleans agrees to keep all client details confidential and secure all keys in its care. If a key is given to Noelle Cleans, please make sure your home is accessible to Noelle Clean’s. If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that you advise Noelle Cleans the entry code or have it disarmed.
Noelle Cleans will cancel services on the days that road conditions are unsafe. Everyone’s safety is a priority.
Quotes are based on the average conditions and time to clean. If the home is not found in “average” condition and it takes more than 1 extra hour to clean, Noelle Cleans reserves the right to charge for extra time spent. Noelle Cleans purpose is to ensure you have a clean home. Therefore, payment is for the service provided and not based on the amount of time Noelle Cleans spends at your home. Some cleans may take longer than average time, some may take less time than average. Either way your home will sparkle.
